Client Services Manager (Corporate Accounts)

We’re looking for a motivated, relationship-focused Client Services Manager (Corporate Accounts) to join our team and help us continue to grow.

About the role

This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll work closely with our corporate growers, board of directors and financial partners across our leased and managed orchards, delivering exceptional service and identifying opportunities to grow our business.

You’ll play an important part in harvest planning and coordination, representing our clients’ interests in harvest and packing decisions, while helping ensure the best possible outcomes for their fruit.

• Strong relationship management and communication skills, with a genuine commitment to customer service.
• A proactive, commercially minded approach to growing business and identifying opportunities.
• Excellent organisation and the ability to coordinate competing priorities in a seasonal environment.
• Confidence working collaboratively with growers and internal teams to achieve great outcomes.
• A positive attitude, initiative and a passion for success.

Experience in horticulture, orchard management, client services or the kiwifruit and avocado industries would be an advantage.
