  • Lead, train, and support EDI/EAN Operators, helping maintain procedural adherence and data integrity.
  • Ensure all packs are bar-coded correctly and reflect accurate grower, size, and variety information.
  • Support shipping and site teams as required to meet operational needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Inventory, Logistics, Site Management, Harvest Coordinators, Quality Controllers) and external partners (Zespri, AVOCO, Yieldia) to resolve data issues.
  • Assist the EDI Manager with projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance with Health & Safety policies and company procedures.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in data management, inventory systems, or EDI operations.
  • Ability to train, supervise, and motivate a small team.
  • Strong planning, prioritising, and time management skills, particularly under peak season pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team approach.
  • High accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Flexible, self-motivated, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Positive, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the kiwifruit or avocado industry.
  • Tertiary qualification in business management or similar.
  • Familiarity with EDI software, Radfords, or inventory management systems.
