Forklift Operators - 2026 Kiwifruit Harvest Season- TE PUKE

About Us:
We are looking for forklift operators to join our teams for the upcoming kiwifruit season at our Te Puke site for our 2026 kiwifruit harvest season. From approximately February to June we have a variety of positions available for people holding a current forklift operator certificate.

What You’ll Do:
As a forklift operator, you'll play a crucial role in our operations, including unloading goods from delivery trucks, product handling across site, supplying goods to packing sheds and tray makers, and accurate location of products. Operating a forklift is a central aspect of the role, and you'll adhere to DMS operating procedures to ensure efficiency and safety. Daily maintenance checks on equipment are essential, and you'll maintain accurate records to uphold our standards.
We prioritise safety and compliance with regulations such as BRC, H&S, and OSH. You'll demonstrate best practices in these areas, fostering a culture of safety among your teammates. With your diligence, we aim to maintain a record of zero forklift-related accidents or incidents.
What We're After:
- A New Zealand Forklift License and OSH Certificate
- Forklift experience is preferred
- To undertake a pre-employment drug test
- Proof of identity and right to work in NZ
- Team player, organisational and time-management skills with the ability to work autonomously
