Harvest Auditors - Te Puke

The secret to DMS’s success is having passionate growers and a working reputation that attracts the very best people. Operating two major post-harvest facilities in Te Puke and Te Puna, DMS also manages kiwifruit and avocado orchards on behalf of it's growers. With 30+ seasons under our belt, the standard gets set high, and that’s why more and more growers refuse to settle for anything less than DMS.

With such a great kiwifruit season, we are needing to add support to our kiwifruit harvest auditing team.  Harvest auditing work will be outside in kiwifruit orchards within the Bay of Plenty region, therefore reliable transport is required.

What you'll be doing

Auditing kiwifruit harvest teams against DMS Harvest Standards, providing feedback to harvest contractors to ensure that pickers meet harvest compliance standards and corrective actions are taken where needed.

About you

• Kiwifruit experience is a bonus, but full training for the job will be given.
• Excellent english speaking and communication and a positive, upbeat attitude is a must.
• Access to a phone that can download a Harvest App and comfortable using simple technology.

Please note that this is a fixed term, seasonal role therefore flexibility to work all days of the week is a must.
