About the Role

We are looking for an Inventory & Shipping Coordinator to join our team at our Te Puke site. This role focuses on managing inventory accurately, coordinating shipping orders, and making sure all product meets Zespri market access and quality requirements.

Because our business is seasonal, you’ll need to be flexible during our busy period (around March to July each year).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage kiwifruit inventory and keep records accurate at all times.
• Receive and allocate shipping orders based on availability, quality, and market requirements.
• Work with the Supply, Quality, and Coolstore teams to organise pallet selection and loadouts.
• Make sure pallets are correctly assigned to loads and removed from inventory.
• Check and reconcile shipping information and share required details with customers.

About You

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in horticulture, logistics, or coolstore operations is an advantage.
• Comfortable using inventory systems and scanners.
• Able to work well in a busy, fast-paced team environment.
• Good time management skills and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Clear communicator and a team player.
• Takes pride in producing high-quality work.
