The Role:

As Office Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our site operations—leading a small admin team, supporting seasonal recruitment, leading payroll, and ensuring the smooth running of our office and reception functions. You'll work closely with site management, playing a key role in all things admin and people-focused.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading and supporting the administration team.
  • Overseeing and managing time and attendance/payroll processes.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for staff payroll queries.
  • Ensuring reception duties are seamless and welcoming.
  • Coordinating internal communications and event organisation.
  • Keeping the office running like clockwork—no task too big or small!

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in office management or high-level administration.
  • Experience with payroll and time & attendance systems.
  • Familiarity with HRIS or other business systems ( we use Ready Workforce)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are second nature.
  • Cultural awareness and the ability to engage with a diverse team.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours during peak season (March–June).
