Quality Manager

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Quality Manager to join our team at DMS Pukepack in Te Puke!

Your Job

This role is responsible for ensuring product quality, food safety compliance, and efficient packhouse operations while supporting and managing the Quality team and maintaining industry standards.

About You

• Previous experience in quality control or compliance within a packhouse or food production environment is preferred but for the right candidate training will be provided.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene and compliance standards is preferred but for the right candidate training will be provided.
• High level of attention to detail and organisation skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Able to problem-solve and react quickly to changing circumstances.   
• Able to manage your own workload and juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Culturally sensitive and able to work with a diverse workforce.
